LTHJ has not only helped me to develop my relationship with myself, to begin to unpack my privilege, to align with my identity more deeply, to learn more about the systems and schema that are in place and at play at all times, but has also encouraged me to become more curious and compassionate about the things I still do not know. Lindsey's work has been the touchstone to greater and deeper conversations with my teams, about how we relate to ourselves, with each other, with our customers, our community and the work we do as booksellers.
